PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Bio Impedance Smart Scale (Dual Frequency, 8 Electrode) – Track Body Fat & Full Body Composition
If you’re trying to lose fat, gain muscle, or simply stay on track, weight alone doesn’t tell the full story. This smart body composition scale uses advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to help you measure key metrics like body fat %, muscle mass, body water and more, so you can make better decisions about your training and nutrition.
Why this smart scale is more accurate than most
Dual frequency BIA (20kHz + 100kHz)
Many entry-level smart scales use a single frequency, which can reduce accuracy. Dual frequency measurement gives a more complete picture of body composition.
8-electrode measurement (hands + feet)
Most BIA scales use 4 electrodes and mainly measure through the legs. This scale uses 8 electrodes to measure from hands to feet, improving overall body composition estimation.
Track progress automatically with the Fitdays App
- Connects via Bluetooth
- Syncs with the Fitdays app to store and track trends over time
- Supports integration with Google Fit, Samsung Health, Fitbit and Health Connect (where supported by your device/app setup)
How to measure for best results
For the most consistent tracking:
- Measure 1–2 times per week
- Measure at the same time of day (ideally morning, before food or drink)
- Stand still and hold your arms slightly away from your body during measurement

Frequently asked questions
Q: Does this scale measure body fat and muscle mass accurately?
A: Yes. The smart scale uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) with dual-frequency measurement to estimate body fat, muscle mass, and other body composition metrics.
Q: What does “dual frequency” mean and why does it matter?
A: Dual frequency uses two electrical frequencies to improve the accuracy of body composition estimates compared to single-frequency scales.
Q: Does it sync with an app?
A: Yes. It connects via Bluetooth to the companion app, where your measurements are saved so you can track trends over time.
Q: Can multiple people use the same scale?
A: Yes. You can create separate profiles in the app so each person’s measurements are tracked independently.
Q: Who should not use a BIA body composition scale?
A: If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, you should avoid using BIA devices unless cleared by your healthcare provider.
